Final Blog!

Which in class writing was your favorite? Why?
Stressed out and conflicted. I like this writing because it was done in different points of view.

Which in class writing was your least favorite? Why?
Lucky 25. You had to pick a number between 1 and 100. It doesn’t matter what number you pick, just pick a number.

Review all your writing chronologically (earliest to latest). List three interesting observations or changes in your writing. Which are the most profound (obvious and important)? Why?
Stressed out and conflicted, Passionate about things, and I believe. These three writings were most profound because they are thngs I hold close to heart.

If you could change anything about your writing this semester what would it be? Why?
I wouldn’t change any of my writing. My writing is my own thoughts and I wouldn’t change them no matter what.

What did you like best about this course?
The thing I liked most about this course is having to write about interesting prompts.

What did you like least about this course?
I didn’t like having just a week to read the book assigned for the course; The Heart and the Fist.

What would you have done differently this semester if you could have a do-over?
I don’t think I would do anything differently for the course.

What did learn about yourself as a student, a thinker, a writer this semester?
As a student, I learned how to type without hitting th backspace button on the key board. As a thinker, I learned that I have to put a lot of thought into papers I write. As a writer, I learned that writing is not always easy, you still have to give time to write what you want.

What could I, Ms. A., have done differently to improve the course?
To improve the class, you could probably give the class at least two to three weeks to read the assigned book.

You begin this course with an engagement and participation score of an A.  Attendance, participation in activities and group work help you to maintain this grade.  Evaluate yourself and assign yourself a grade for the in class portion of this course.  Don’t forget the reasoning behind your self-assigned grade.

If I could give myself a grade for this course, I would probably give myself an A. I would give myself an A because I work hard  and turn in my assignments in on time.

What's in the way?

WHAT’S IN THE WAY?
I’m looking forward to receiving my first paycheck. It will come a day after Valentine’s Day. However, two weeks are in the way. I wish it was already here. Im just going to have to wait it out though. Two more weeks of work and it’s a better paycheck, right?

When I do get my paycheck, I’m going to go shopping at Battlefield Mall. I’ll shop in  JCPenny, CJ Banks, Dillard’s, Hot topic, and Earthbound.  I’m also going to Barnes and Noble to buy books I like.

what if?

What if…
I wasn’t afraid of arachnids.
2. I had changed my major to art.
I had never done my homework.
1. I never studied for tests.
I never took Geography class.

What if I never studied for tests.
If I never studied for tests, I probably wouldn’t be here, in College. When we  don’t study for tests, we fail them. If you fail too many, you could get held back in school and you will have to repeat the material.
Studying for tests is a majpr part of education. For example, if a final was coming up, you should refer to notes you’ve written or review and study past quizzes. By studying them, you can  do a good job n the final and pass. Studying helps boosts our grade point average up and helps us to pass clases so we can go to a new level of education and learn new things.

What if I had changed my major to art.
If I had changed my major to art, I could paint a variety of things. However, art does not involve cooking. Art is something you create out of your head from your own ideas. If you wanted to, you could explore every surface of the world through paintings.

Art can help you express yourself. For instance, if you feel down in the dumps, you could use blue or gray and paint something sad. If you’re feeling mad, use black or red. If you feel happy, use yellow, orange, or pink.
